Partnership with the Science Museum, London
Are you curious about how the world works?
Are you good at making things?
Do you like solving problems?
As major sponsor of Wonderlab:The Statoil Gallery, which opened on 12 October 2016 at the Science Museum, Urenco has committed to nurturing the next generation of scientists and engineers to help create the energy leaders of the future.
The £6 million permanent gallery, which features fantastic artworks, live demonstrations and immersive experiences, inspires visitors of all ages to wonder at the science that shapes our lives.
Urenco has focused its support in two areas: The Forces zone, which explores the physics of forces and motion through ten interactive exhibits, and the showspace which is inspired by the Royal Institution’s wold-renowned Faraday Theatre, providing live demonstrations of science-related experiments. The Richie logo, which is Urenco’s branding for its international educational programme, is featured on gallery in both areas.
