The Richie programme is Urenco’s education initiative. It aims to develop the next generation of scientists and engineers to ensure the energy sector has a skilled workforce in the future.

Through a combination of school workshops, digital resources and various other STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) activities around the world, the award-winning Richie programme has connected with more than a quarter of a million students since 2007.
